Jump to Green is an international non-governmental organization based in the Netherlands operating throughout Europe. It organizes activities focused on raising awareness among young people to ensure a sustainable and livable environment. It also works to promote sports and sporting activities.
Sports has become the most important issue of our time since it plays a crucial role for a healthy lifestyle, healthy living and providing a livable environment for healthy life. Carrying out studies and raising awareness on these issues defines the mission of our institution.
‘Sustainable and liveable environment’ – which is a primary item on the agenda of many country in the past century and ‘sports’ – which is an active part of our life – constitute the main fields of work of the organization.
Jump to Green provides solutions to problems related to environmental pollution, inefficient use of water resources, deforestation, climate change, renewable energy sources, ecosystem, ecological life, biodiversity, wildlife, species (animals, plants, other creatures), cultural heritage, conservation areas, oceans, seas, lakes, streams, wetlands, soil erosion, sharing economy, green entrepreneurship, food shortages and agricultural production.
In addition to these solutions, it also develops projects that include activities to spread sports among people of all ages globally, to produce solutions to health problems with sports, to increase sports entrepreneurship, to raise awareness with sports about healthy living and active aging.
Jump to Green’s objectives include carrying out training and awareness raising activities on environmental and sports issues, developing scientific-based research and conservation projects, establishing local, national and international collaborations to support the development of sustainable business models, carrying out activities supporting and disseminating sporting activities that will contribute to sustainable development, carrying out activities in the field of creative industries within the scope of sustainable development goals, and carrying out initiatives and projects related to green entrepreneurship, green economy and sports entrepreneurship.
In line with these objectives and activities, we continue our work globally, especially in Europe, with our increasing volunteer team in order to make the world we are in more livable and sustainable.
